Netfriend asks," Please Mr Tang talk about Confucianism's effect on modern culture.Which part of people can it be showed from?"

Mr Tang answers," Human beings has two great themes which are peace and development. Peace means that it solves the relation between person and person.Development solves the relation between human and nature besides the relation between person and person. Confucianism is actually Confucius' pensee. It can make a contribution to these themes. Because Confucius put forward many valuable theories in solving the relation between person and person. For example, Confucius said,"Do for others just what you want them to do for you. " This is the most important question which we discuss the whole world's ethic at present.It sounds like limited ethic and the lowest ethic. That is that everyone should at least abide by some ethic's rules"Do for others just what you want them to do for you." It was put forward by Confucius. The farther theory is "Others should be favored when you are advantaged, others should be first when you are first." It is higher request. Not only do you yurself find a foothold somewhere but also others should find a foothold somewhere and not only do you find a distinguished position but also others should find a distinguished positon. Confucius put forward the theory which rites,wisdom,bravery and kindness were first. What kindness is first is the rites system does what.It ajusts the relation between person and person. The relation's action lies in making harmonious relation between person and person. Such as questions should take advantage of peaceful coexistence of modern world. Secondly,it is the relation between human and nature.Confucianism all along advocated that nature and human should be a whole. Nature and human cannot be divided.They aren't two pathes and you can't divide them into two pathes. They are correlative. Zhu Xi stated more clearly that nature was human and human was nature. That means that nature depends on human and human also relys on nature.Human came of nature, how did human come into being? It came of nature at the beginning. But nature also counts on human. The nature's significance and ation must be brought into play by human afer nature made human. So human and can't be divided. Under the direction of this pensee,the relation was correlative between human and nature. Human can't destroy nature unboundedly,blindfoldly and arbitrarily. Human can't develop nature arbitrarily. Human destroys a little today, destroys a little tomorrow,destroys a little the day after tomorrow.And finally, human changes the nature into dead matter without live body.Then how does human live, true or false? Such as pensees. i think they are precious resources in China. But there is a point, we must give the precious resources modern annotation and make them fit modern need and exert their actions.

Mr Pang answers."This question is too wide. But speak simplely, we can say that Confucianism and Tao's pensee supplement each other. Why did I so that? Because Confucianism is very abundant,very important and very good. Tao's pensee is also very abundant,very important and very good. They emphasized more particularly on some aspect individually. Confucianism emphasized more particularly on human. Tao emphasized more particularly on nature.They were profound and prominent in some aspect. But it is unilateral that we only use one of them to solve matters,administer a country and edify ourselves. It is right what one is short of is what another need between them.

Netfriend asks," One doesn't consult reign if he isn't a governor. Is it contrary with the theory which Everyone does his duty whether the state is strong or perdition.

Mr Yang answers,"It doesn't speak that One doesn't consult reign if he isn't a governor. The society is well-regulated. Your position is your position in society or on chessboard. Once one consult reign if he isn't a governor,it will be disorganized. What one doesn't consult reign if he is a governor also means disorganized. What anything is disorganized is a kind of amenity and is a certain rules of game. What one cares for the state and the people is his obligation and is his historic burden.
