Kong Cong,Kong Shu's son and the tenth generations of grandsons of Confucius ,named Zigao and lived in Lu state in the Warring States. It is not quite clear when he was born, then died in B.C 171. He followed Liu Bang who was the first emperor of Han Dynasty to uprise in Dangshan and had battle achievements many times, which he was engaged as different top officials. The first fight which he followed Han Xin defeated in B.C 202, then he commanded left army and right army to converge to attack Chu State's soldiers and won completely. So Han Xin also also seized the opportunity to attack and defeated Xiang Yu at last. In June next year he was confered Marquis Lu. After passing away he was nominated "Yi".
